What you’ll be doing? (and why you’ll enjoy it)

• Leading architectural projects from early concept through to delivery
  Which means you’re not handing work off halfway, you stay connected to the design intent.

• Delivering Class 2 multi-residential and mixed-use developments across NSW
  So your experience is used where it matters most.

• Working directly with clients, consultants, and authorities
  Giving you influence, not just responsibility.

• Mentoring junior architects
  Because leadership here includes developing people, not just managing deadlines.

• Contributing to studio processes and design thinking
  Your ideas help shape how the practice works — not just what it produces.

This role is likely to suit you if…

• You have 8+ years post-graduate experience in architecture

• You’ve successfully delivered Class 2 residential projects in NSW

• You’re confident navigating Australian planning frameworks, codes, and standards

• You’re proficient in Archicad or similar BIM workflows

• You balance strong design thinking with technical delivery

• You enjoy collaboration, mentoring, and open dialogue

• You want a senior role where trust and autonomy are earned — and given
